Women's Sizing

Women's shoe sizes generally run approximately one size smaller than equivalent men's sizes. As a general guideline, women should consider selecting one size smaller than their usual men's-equivalent size. Because individual fit can vary, use the measurements above as an additional reference when selecting your size.

Sparring Gloves

A properly fitted sparring glove should feel snug and secure without shifting excessively during movement or contact.

For the most accurate fit, measure your hand while wearing your hand wraps, as wraps add additional thickness and provide important support for the hands, joints, and muscles.

With your hand wrapped, place your hand flat on a surface with your palm facing upward. Measure the distance across your palm at the level of your lower knuckles. You can also place your hand flat against a ruler to determine the measurement.

Use the following sizing guide to select the appropriate glove size:
